mrwubblesDumb, FAA, real dumb. Yes, okay a 747 to fly LOW in lower Manhattan, around Ground Zero, circling at around the same time on a similarly clear day. Then trail two fighter jets after it.

And thought it wasn't worth telling us? Puzzling why people, including myself, start calling 911 about a low flying plane at 10 in the %@!@%#@ morning?
