No one leaves Mediawest exactly the same. You always find yoursself with that extra list of things to watch/read/drool over. It's a metamorphosis a fan goes through in seemingly innocuous Lansing, MI. I blame all for my new fandoms in Mediawest and me for even listening...LOL
penfold_x: for my renewed love of Doctor Who and for supplying me with far too much Who goodies that has me contemplating downloading the whoosh-whoosh of the TARDIS for laptop.
brate7: Darn it, I was trying to avoid getting into another show but guess who just happen to have Leverage episodes to view? I also blame her for feeding my Star Trek AOS with "Guess what I found?" fic.
myfieldnotes: Just as I was bummed by this season, she sucks me back into Supernatural with a list of h/c fics in that Mediawest panel that has me warm/fuzzied out like a giant lint ball. LOL.
obelix: For...well, just about everything. Her pretties from bookmarks to shirts to artshow has pique the squee factor in me. Lordie, I forget how pretty some of my shows are...
Who do you have to thank for your new fandoms?

Date: 2009-06-01 02:39 am (UTC)Yes, you are already well up on this score. So, reaaaaaally, you pretty much owe me a fandom or two! :P

Date: 2009-06-01 03:51 am (UTC)I have my lot already, thanks! No more fandoms!
At this rate, my next fic is going to be a really confusing one about a TARDIS landing on an Impala and NCIS goes out there to investigate the rumor of an Air Force Captain coming out of a police box only to have been kidnapped by a pointy ear being in a blue shirt, flying off on a Nimbus 2000 shouting "Levenataro!" before it got struck down by a puddle jumper which let out a pair of arguing men in fatigues who grabs said captain and flees through a round, stone, donut thingy!
Meanwhile, back in CalSci, a math geek and his brother figure out the odds of all this happening before they're suddenly taken hostage by some red ring wearing blonde man in 70's clothing and three blokes arguing the merits of a Nissan XR-7's boot and SRU needed to be called in to negotiate after Jeremy Clarkson declared he would do it because 'How hard can it be?'!
And if you can name all the shows, you get a cookie. :)
