Achoo? (Post MWC Sniffles)

Not good. Every year I tell myself to stuff myself full of Airborne before loading to a plane and relatively had avoided the post-flight flu, but ooooy.

Wubbles and I came back Monday night, unpacked and promptly went to sleep.

And woke up Tuesday at 5.

5pm that is.

!!!!

Needless to say, had a lovely chest infection. Had doctor tsked at me about airplanes and recycled air. Got weird pink little pills of antibiotics that makes me want nothing more than have soup and read fic.

Yes, post MWC is not fun.

Returning to work to a pile of work is not fun.

Coming back to months of reruns until fall is really not fun.

Can I go back to Lansing, please?

I'm always nervous, wondering if people don't mind me "friend" their LJ. I mean, is there like a cultural no-no I should be aware about?

Most of the time friending is not an issue -- most people will not object to you friending their journal (unless you have an obscene or offensive screenname).

In this case, DanielPix is a community, and they *definitely* want new members (most communities love new members. Those that don't want them will use the LJ settings to prevent you from joining).
