I loved how bemused and disconnected Tony sounded and how you interspersed his rambling observations with little clues as to what had happened.
Gibbs was just the right combination of exasperated and caring and Abby's reaction was so like her!
Tony's demonstrated his devotion to the team in so many ways over the years and I thought it was fitting that, even when badly injured and slightly delusional, he'd want to get them all coffee. It had me grinning until you brought Kate into the equation and then I had a lump in my throat! Bitter-sweet is definitely the word. Ditto to the other comments about Kate and seasons one and two!
The little thread of Tony deciding not to give the assistants a tip, Reynolds coffee or Gibbs a brownie in order to show his dissatisfaction was really well thought out and made the last few lines a perfect ending.
One of my favourite lines was, "He would have rolled his eyes, but he was afraid they would roll all the way around and not come back and—Ouch."
