MWC29 Countdown: My Suitcase is *NOT* Larger In the Inside!

And so, the angst/anticipation/apprehension/where'smypassport continues...


I'm packing.

There's really all I have to say.

Nothing spectacular there, just the obligatory post in LJ to show I am trying to use LJ and not just as a tool to gape/drool/sigh/ooh over the pretty icons. Trying to ignore the fact that I once again have no more room for userpics (how did that happen?) and focus on the fact that I should be deciding on which laptop peripheral I do not need because my ext. hard drive, wireless card, ipod, mobile, kindle, backup drive, the backup of my backup drive and the box of emergency Oreos (in case airline complementary unsalted pretzels are toxic at 25,000 feet) can't all fit in my carry on messenger bag.


MEDIAWEST: 65 hrs and counting...

THINGS I REMEMBER JUST NOW I SHOULD HAVE DONE FOR MWC: 22...and counting

HOW MANY TIMES I'D WISHED FOR A TARDIS: 45 and still counting

HOW MANY TIMES I'D WISHED I PLANNED BETTER: 22...and counting Forget it, I lost count.

HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TO PAUSE TIVO BECAUSE I GOT SO DISTRACTED THAT I'D STOPPED PACKING: Only 1...because I stopped packing ages ago. LOL.

HOW MANY TIMES I'D CONTEMPLATED PACKING MY DVD COLLECTION TO LANSING EVEN THOUGH I KNOW I'LL BE TOO BUSY VISITING TO WATCH EVEN MYSELF EXHALE: 0. Taking geminigrl11's advice. No DVDs. I'm burning them into my iPod, baby! Mwhahaha!

HOW MANY BOOKS/FANZINES/PRINTED OUT FIC I'M CONSIDERING BRINGING: ....Uh...Oh, look! A flying Impala. -the bear and fangirl books!-

Perchance you don't need to take backup & backup redux for a long weekend?
And maybe only half a box of oreos will carry you until you get to Lansing and the Oreos there.

If you have Kindle you don't need to take any print books/zines/fic. Just pass your Kindle around.
