TV Reaction: White Collar "Point Blank"
Seriously, while I'm bad in sharing spoilers and details, do not read if you haven't seen the episode yet. And if you didn't...
WHY NOT?
Holy Benjamin Siegelbaum! Is it January yet, Bugsy?
LOL.
Okay, never mind the fact I loved, loved some hardcore New York, Lower East Sider scoped out the Bialystoker Synagogue, maybe say a Kaddish to ole Bugsy and stuck in Mozzie's exclamation, but there was that much more to love:
1. Who else can't get The Heavy's jeery, hard rock "How Do You Like Me Now" out of their heads? -raises hands-
2. Peter's acknowledgment in the van of Neal's Kate angst instead of the typical, male-demographically deluded, bombastic attitude of brushing anything emo under the rug. (Supernatural back then held the title only)
3. Mozzie, OMG, how much I love Mozzie? Our lovable conspiracy theorist calling the Suit? Seriously, folks, h/c doesn't have to be a hug, a pat or some profound declaration. And following up with "Withdrawal", with Peter and Mozzie's agreement was awesome.
4. Satchmo! Doggie ate quiche, Daddy Peter with dog adorable.
5. Fowler, not the bad guy we thought he was, and I actually like that! The twist was great.
6. Harry Dresden's Paul Blackthorne is evil bad guy!
7. Neal angst pretty
8. Peter angst pretty. Bromance makes Yuma happy.
9. The conclusion! Mozzie! Oh nozzzz!
This season has been consistent in making me happy...
Until I have to wait until January.
