Ninja Fans

You look up and there's a fan. A hotel room could first have two fans just talking and then there would be five, a little panel that suddenly erodes time and now it's midnight.

Ninja fans! They appear when you least expect it and instead of those steel, something-something, ninja ouch stars, it's uber omg-what if-question. Brain cells fire up and start you thinking. I've seen fans sleeping standing up because they don't want to leave a discussion. -lol-

"That was so nice of her to offer to clean up the blood..."

"He looked creepy by my car, but then I saw the light saber..."

"...I would write more if the voices in my head would just shut up..."

What makes it more fun is gathering a group of us to meet up at MWC. Like a mini-con, without having to worry about renting a hotel, creating events or activities. It's all done for you. All you need is get a bunch of friends together to be a mini con within a con!

Just a thought...If you wanna try. I'm gonna try to get a bunch of mini-cons going for various fandoms...

Oh, I think it's an excellent idea! I've been to a couple of cons now and most of the fun is meeting my online friends! (Although I really enjoyed getting to see Joe Flanigan and Michael Shanks in person) I'm afraid I probably wouldn't be able to do this this year, unless you get a group together for Shore Leave which is my fanish trip this year! *bounces* David Hewlett is going to be there!!!
