HELP WANTED: Need A Beta Reader for E! Fic

This is so random. (LOL) But anyone still remember the show Emergency! with Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe? Hulu.com has the episodes free to watch with very little ads and well, I have a lousy few weeks so I started watching and well...fic was born. But...I now need a beta and suggestions on where I should post. Warning, my grammar is not the best.

Ideas? :)

As it happens Emergency was one of my favorite shows ever when I was a kid. (Does that give you any ideas how old I am?) Anyway, unless you're looking for a specific beta, I'd be available to help with this if you still need it. It's been awhile, but I know the show ;-) (I had such a crush on Randolph Mantooth)

I think grammar is my big key but having someone familiar with the show is a plus so I can learn what works and what don't. Honestly, I doubt this might go anywhere because like you said: this show has been a while and while the show enjoyed a revivsal with its dvd releases, I don't think there's an active archive to post this to. Might just post it here as a random fic.

I had my doubts about Hulu, but it actually wasn't too buy. I'm thinking of if there's a sale I might pick up the DVDs. Is Hulu only available in the US?

Yep, another fun thing that we Canadians don't have privy to. I'd buy the DVDs but I'm not sure I want all the episodes at this point or only the whumping ones. *Big grin*

LOL. Love the way you think! I was the same way, but there are cute partnership moments I liked too in-between. Only started watching the eppies now, but wow, Gage has a target painted on his back somewhere, huh? LOL

Ooooh, yeah, the rattlesnake was a good one! I liked how the rest of the team, in Roy's place, helped Johnny. It was all around team concern. I liked bits of "Virus" too when Johnny collapses on the scaffolding and later when Roy was told about his partner waiting in the squad and he mutters "my temporary partner" because Johnny was still in Rampart. Oh, or when Gage was in that hit and run? Most of the episode was meh, but the beginning and end when they were worried for each other? Eeee. I see a pattern. LOL

Oh, wow, I remember that show. Randolph Mantooth's character was my fave. Whatever happened to him, anyway?

I may have to check Netflix and see if they have them. I can add them to the Criminal Minds/Bones line.

Wow! LOL. Maybe I should post the E! fic here then. It's cool to meet so many Mantooth fans. I wasn't back then because I only vaguely remembered the show, but rewatching it the past few weeks has rekindled the squee for Johnny. LOL
