This was lovely. Tony's stream of consciousness rambling made me smile, though his thoughts on Kate were quite poignant. I loved how everyone reacted to her name, especially how Gibbs was so reassuring.

Tony's doctor, if he survives an angry Ducky, will definitely be much more careful about which medicine he prescribes to Tony in future! (I suspect there's a queue forming behind Ducky: Abby's bound to have something to say, along with Dr Pitt and Gibbs. Ziva will probably not say much, but will likely start playing with a knife... *g*)
