LOL, it's an anomaly. Because I do get two sides of opinion. One side sees Sam and Dean have developed so far apart that there is no more emotional bridge to bring them back to where they were.
On the other side, people love the angsty wringer and really see their reactions so far are the best so far. Some of my friends have left the fandom. :(
I think what it is is that we all take what we like from SN. Hey, IDIC, baby. :D For some, what we cherished about SN was non-existent this season, others don't.
I'm holding hope 5th season will reconcile both sides or at least make some middle ground.
Heck, there are a few shows like that right now on the cusp and honestly, last week's ep left such a sour note in my gut, its aftertaste could be influencing how I saw the finale. Either way, this is the first time I wasn't upset there wasn't enough room in my Tivo to keep more than 8 episodes of SN. LOL
