Wow, so you've been a 'Who' fan longer than me then! I only really got into it when Christopher Eccleston revived it recently and then I became a big fan when David Tennant took over. I also like you just loved John Barrowman when he first appeared, which is why I got into 'Torchwood'. I've not always been overly excited by the storylines in it but Captain Jack is reason enough to watch! And when he cropped up in 'Dr Who' for those final episodes, with David Tennant's Dr, it was just awesome *g* Seeing you mention John Simm have you seen the English 'Life on Mars'? It was awesome, a fantastic show. I've a feeling you'd like it, if you've not already seen it.

I can't believe either that you are a 'Top Gear' fan! That's one of my favourite shows, being a bit (a lot) of a petrol head, but it's the banter between the three of them that I love best. We've put our names down to go and be in the audience when it's filmed so fingers crosssed..

Finally, I wouldn't be too worried about writing like a Brit with your stories - I thought you did really well on the 'Torchwood' story. Besides, I've had the odd comment about phrases or spelling for my stories, even though I always tried to write 'American' as much as possible! You'll never get rid of the little hints completely but if the story is good and in character then it doesn't really matter :)
