I love the whole thing. Love Tony feeling so strongly about making a mistake. Love Gibbs knowing Tony'll feel so strongly about it and being all mentor'y about it. Love McGee and Ziva finally taking some responsibility.

Most of all, though? I love that Tony knew Gibbs had won money off of Ziva and McGee when he was in interrogation. You don't have as much to learn from the master as you think, Tony m'dear. :-D
